Chandra has been teaching meditation for over 10 years. She has owned and operated her own wellness studio for 5, in mind, body, and soul wellness and healing. Her meditation journey began long ago, in her career of theatre, when she quickly realized she needed something to relieve the stress of long production days and focus on line memory work. That began a love for mindfulness and spreading the word and teachings. She now gives corporate workshops and classes/retreats, teaching all the techniques she has acquired and discovered in her own study of meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation. A practitioner of energy healing, her guided meditations combine all of her skills bringing a sense of calm and harmony throughout the body, mind and soul. Chandra loves introducing the art of calm and allowing new practitioners to experience and find their centre.
Meditation is a practice everyone can build into their lives. It can be as simple as focused breathing for a few minutes or as in-depth as a deep meditation for an hour. Practicing meditation and relaxation exercises can bring about clarity, focus, release stress and promote a positive mental health attitude. Participants have found that even after just one session, they slept better that evening, had insight and clarity to situations in Just a 5-minute daily practice of meditation can rejuvenate, de-stress, and re-focus.
